Shanghai Jingqingrong Garment collaborates with major players in the textile sector such as Uniqlo and H&M. The company plans to invest 3 million euros in launching this factory, which is expected to generate 30 employment opportunities. This was communicated in a press release by the Generalitat de Cataluña, which supported this industrial project through Acció, its agency for business competitiveness, affiliated with the Department of Business and Labour.“It’s no coincidence that foreign companies like Shanghai Jingqingrong Garment opt to kick off their international expansion strategy in Catalonia—a region known as one of the most industrialized in Europe and a major gateway to the continent,” stated Roger Torrent i Ramió, the minister of business and labour. Reflecting on this development, he emphasized, “Over the last five years, Chinese companies have invested over 1 billion euros in Catalonia, resulting in the creation of more than 2000 jobs.”
Established in 2004, Shanghai Jingqingrong Garment specializes in the design, manufacture, and distribution of clothing. It collaborates with major brands such as Uniqlo and H&M, serving the European Union, Canada, and the United States as its primary markets.
